How to reach Genova

International Cristoforo Colombo Airport of Genova

The Cristoforo Colombo Airport (GOA) is the most rapid and immediate connection with the Italian and European cities.
There are direct flights from Roma, Milano, London, Paris, Madrid, Munich, Rotterdam, Malta and Tirana.
The airport is located in Genova Sestri Ponente, only 10 km far from the centre of the city.

You can reach the town center by taxi or by the shuttle bus Volabus, that arrives at Principe Train Station.
The taxi flat rate to Principe Train Station is about 7 euro for each person.
The Volabus ticket is about 6 euro, available on board the coach.

Other Airports

Genova is also easily reachable from Milan Airports, Malpensa (MPX) and Linate (LIN), as well as Pisa Airport (PSA) and Nice Côte d'Azur Airport (NCE), connected to many European destinations, also through low-cost companies.
You can take a train to Genova directly from Pisa Airport, whereas from Milan Airports you can take a bus to Milano Centrale Train Station and then a train to Genova. From Milan Malpensa and Nice Côte d'Azur airport are available bus services connecting directly the airport to Genova.
